The Sidon Support Circle

We’re building a gentle, human space on Sidon Systems where people can share how they’re feeling, talk honestly about what they’re going through, and support each other without judgement.

This page outlines the vision, how it will work, and when we hope to open it up. The Support Circle is not live yet, but the foundations are being planned and designed now.

We’re aiming for an initial beta in the first quarter of 2026, starting small and improving with community feedback.

Why we’re creating this

Sidon Systems started with tools and ideas — software for creators, planners and storytellers. But behind every project is a person, and real life doesn’t always feel neat or organised.

Many of us carry things quietly: stress, self-doubt, burnout, grief, fear of the future, or simply a feeling of being stuck. Sometimes, just knowing that someone else understands can make a huge difference.

Our goals for the Support Circle

  • A friendly space to talk about how things really are.
  • Encouragement and empathy when life feels heavy.
  • A place to share small wins, setbacks and new starts.
  • A reminder that you’re not the only one feeling this way.

This isn’t about perfection. It’s about being human, honest and kind — and knowing that it’s OK to need support while you’re building a better future.

How the Support Circle will work

1. A guided way to share

Not everyone finds it easy to put feelings into words. We plan to offer gentle, optional prompts such as:

  • “Today I’m feeling…”
  • “One thing I’m finding difficult right now is…”
  • “A small step I’d like to take next is…”

You’ll be able to share as much or as little as you want, in your own time and in your own way.

2. Replies focused on empathy

The heart of the Support Circle is people listening to each other. Replies will be encouraged to focus on:

  • Empathy rather than quick fixes.
  • Understanding rather than judgement.
  • Supportive suggestions, not pressure or demands.

3. Moderation and safety

To protect the community, we’ll have clear guidelines and active moderation, including:

  • Zero tolerance for harassment, bullying or hate.
  • No pressure on others to share more than they want.
  • Clear boundaries about what the space can and cannot do.

Timeline & current status

The Support Circle is still in the planning and design phase. We want to do this properly — with care, realism and a clear sense of responsibility.

  • Late 2025: Vision, structure and safety model taking shape.
  • Q1 2026 (target): Initial beta launch with a small, carefully moderated group and simple features.
  • After launch: Gradual expansion based on feedback from the people who actually use it — improving the tools, guidance and safety measures.

This timeline is a goal, not a guarantee. If we feel that more work is needed to keep the space safe and sustainable, we may adjust the dates. The priority is doing this well, not just doing it quickly.

How you can get involved

As we get closer to launch, we’ll share more details on how to:

  • Register interest as an early participant.
  • Offer feedback on how the space feels and functions.
  • Help shape guidelines, prompts and support resources.

For now, the best way to stay informed is simply to keep an eye on the main Sidon Systems site and roadmap. We’ll announce key milestones there.
